Sometimes all you need is your best friend...

Zany

For comedy film fans, zany humor is a lifeline during hard times—a reminder that laughter can be found in the most ridiculous places. Whether it’s the chaotic brilliance of Pineapple Express or the absurdity of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, these films offer a joyful escape from reality. Famous lines like “Surely you can’t be serious?” “I am serious… and don’t call me Shirley” (Airplane!) or “It’s just a flesh wound” (Monty Python) cut through gloom with their sheer silliness. Even the nonsensical “I’m not even supposed to be here today!” from Clerks speaks to the everyday chaos we all face. Zany humor doesn’t just entertain—it reminds us that embracing the absurd can be a powerful way to cope, connect, and carry on.
